Our full service technical staff is constantly at work researching and testing new ideas and technology. All of our software code is built around a modular design. We have a library of interchangeable modules that allow quick reliable “switch selectable” tuning of every system, to best suit each client. We feature dl4, a state of the art programming environment and Database engine that runs on Linux, Unix, Microsoft’s Windows 98/2000 and nearly every other modern environment, with OBDC files. We provide client/server configurations when a higher level of sophistication is required. Our dispatch capabilities include: Color Dispatching aids and Alerts, semi and fully automated Dispatching, as well as wireless communication, with many communication devices.
